With Fraps running open your kal client, you should see the framrate on top left corner. Now, Before you do what you want to do, remember to change your /set hideui, /set hideme, /set time x do your desired settings, none of that can be done on int and that will prove more difficult later on. Remember to press your record button before you record button (for me it was F9) before you do what you want to capture. After you are done doing what you want to capture then press your record button again to stop recording. Now that you are done recording let us move onto the next step.
