Jbarol's Stat Point Guide
Jbarol’s Stat Point Guide.

V 1.0-Basic first draft of the guide

Intro:
The purpose of this guide is to answer many questions about stat point placement. In this version I will NOT deal with skill points. Also, im not going to talk about base points, cause they don’t matter to me. All that matters is what your overall total is in any area.

I have seen many threads where people ask, “What is the best build for my character?” And people try to answer that with quoting statistics and other people’s stats. The truth is there is no BEST build. It depends entirely on if you want to be pvp or pvm.

I originally wanted to talk about archers here, but I realized that Eva, Negative, Daedalos, Johnny, Nod, and MANY others already raped them profusely. Go to the archer forum and read the stickied guides:
http://www.kalhq.com/forums/index.php?showforum=9

Guide:
I will talk about each category to put stat points into, but if you are looking for EXACT numbers, please look elsewhere:
Health-
Obviously a very important stat. So important that when I have a kid, ill name him Health Barol. For mages health is the only thing that separates you from the living, and the dead. You have NO defense really, unless you are sexy like me and have a mage with 186 def at level 60: D.
Both pvp and pvm mages should seriously consider having this MUCH higher than all other stats. However, pvp should have it much higher than those mages who are pvm. Reason: you WILL be hit much more. Evasion doesn’t really matter much, for you.
Knights: still very important, but not your most important stat. Pvp knights will want at least 90 points in it. Pvm, maybe a little less, like 80. Reason, your def is kickass. Live it, love it, own it.

Strength
Mages. If you added a point to strength, just go die.
Knights, pvp: add points to this like it was a mother****er. All remainder points after making health 90 should go here. Pvm, put remainder pts here after stating agi and health.

INT
A quick word about int here, it increases your attribute resistance. Keep that in mind while statting it.
Mages, you shouldn’t get more than 60-70 pts here if you are a hermit. When you are level 60, make it 50 pts there. It doesn’t really matter that much surprisingly.
Knights, if you put stats here, go over to that corner where the dead mage is, and start eating it.

Wis
Knights, if you are pvp don’t put points here. Get a scholars trink for training, and a knight trink for pvp. Pvm, put 40 pts here or so.
Mages, pvp, put bout 30 pts here or so. Pvm put a bit more, like 40.

Agility:
Knights: pvp, don’t bother, won’t matter really. Pvm: but roughly 30-40 points in here.
Mages: same as the knight exactly.
