the mid file is supported for hardware decoding, it works nice, only 6% cpu :> you need MPC and set the output to EVR Custom and Tick the box for DXVA (H.264/AVC) in the Internal filters tab.
searching in video gets extremely fast

the high res won't work, unsupported resolution, height not a multiple of 16. tho software decoding wills till work.
it's really strange tho, my sister's pc has an AMD proc @ 1,5Ghz + GF6200 and the mid quali version runs fine w/o framelag. (not to forget it has 1GB memory running at 400Mhz), maybe this is because FFDShow utilizes AMDs 3DNow! extensions very well.
